God can give you what you prayed for, but it might not be exactly as you wished. – Oge Inspiration

I remember wishing for twin girls, but I never had one because itโ€™s not meant to be. I gave birth to two girls just as I prayed and wished for, but they are not twins. God can give you what you prayed for but not exactly as you wished.

Be happy in your department. Donโ€™t waste your life wishing to become what you are not meant to be. Donโ€™t leave what you should be wishing for and start wishing for whatโ€™s not meant for you.

God can give you what you prayed for, but it might not be exactly as you wished.

Be happy and work hard to touch lives wherever you are.

Wherever you find yourself, make sure you are happy and living your best life there to please God. He knows why you are there.

Some wishes never came to pass, but some neglected or abandoned things were actually the wishes that were never wished nor accepted by those who were busy wishing for things that were not meant for them..

Work on what you have and be happy where you are. God will do the rest for you…

Your progress and breakthrough should start from where you are now, and from what you have. How dedicated are you in what you are doing?

Are you running from your purpose into another personโ€™s purpose?

Just because itโ€™s what you want or because it looks good doesn’t mean itโ€™s what you are here for. Some are just mirages.

Make your wishes in faith, but allow God to lead!!!

Always Pray and do the right thing. God is watching. He will give you the best.๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Have a blessed week..

And be happy.

Lessons from the story of Joseph

.

The story of Joseph is one of the most inspiring stories in the Bible. It teaches us that no matter what life throws at us, we can still rise above it and achieve greatness. Joseph’s life was full of challenges, but he never gave up on his dreams.

Joseph’s brothers were jealous of him because he was their father’s favorite son. They sold him into slavery, but Joseph did not let that stop him. He worked hard and became the chief administrator in Potiphar’s house. However, Potiphar’s wife accused him of a crime he did not commit, and he was thrown into prison.

In prison, Joseph continued to work hard and gained the trust of the prison warden. He interpreted dreams for two of his fellow prisoners, and his interpretation came true. Later, when Pharaoh had a dream that no one could interpret, the cupbearer remembered Joseph and told Pharaoh about him.

Pharaoh called Joseph to interpret his dream, and Joseph did so successfully. Pharaoh was so impressed that he made Joseph the second-most powerful man in Egypt. Joseph’s brothers came to Egypt seeking food during a famine, and Joseph forgave them and provided for them.

Joseph’s story teaches us that no matter how difficult our circumstances may be, we should never give up on our dreams. We should work hard, be patient, and trust in God’s plan for our lives. Envy, lies, and rejection may come our way, but they cannot stop us from achieving our goals.

As we enter this new season, let us hold on to Joseph’s story and believe that the blessings coming our way cannot be stopped by any obstacle. Let us trust in God’s plan for our lives and work hard towards our dreams. We are children of God, and nothing can stop us from fulfilling our purpose in life. Amen.

Fasting and Prayer: Igniting the Best Season of 2023

Greetings, dear members of our church community! As we embark on this journey together, let us pause and reflect on the power of fasting and prayer. From July 1st to July 7th, we are embarking on a seven-day period of intense devotion, seeking spiritual growth, and setting the foundation for the remaining six months of this year. With our theme, “The remaining six months of 2023 will be my best season in the Name of Jesus Christ Amen” (Job 22:28), we aim to invite God’s blessings, guidance, and favor upon our lives and the church.

Day 1: Surrendering to God’s Plan On this first day, we humble ourselves before God, acknowledging His sovereignty and our dependency on Him. Through prayer and fasting, we surrender our plans, dreams, and desires to His divine will, trusting that His purpose will prevail in our lives.

Day 2: Seeking Wisdom and Guidance As we progress on this journey, we devote our time to seek wisdom and guidance from God. Through fasting and prayer, we invite the Holy Spirit to illuminate our path and provide clarity in decision-making for the coming months. Let us pray for discernment and God’s direction in every area of our lives.

Day 3: Renewal of Mind and Spirit On this day, we focus on renewing our minds and spirits. Through fasting and prayer, we ask God to remove any negative thoughts, unhealthy habits, and distractions that hinder our spiritual growth. Let us invite the Holy Spirit to transform us from the inside out, making us vessels for God’s glory.

Day 4: Repentance and Forgiveness In the pursuit of our best season, it is crucial to examine our hearts and seek forgiveness for any sins or wrongdoings. Through fasting and prayer, we confess our shortcomings before God, asking for His mercy and forgiveness. Let us also extend forgiveness to those who have wronged us, releasing any bitterness or resentment.

Day 5: Spiritual Strength and Empowerment As we enter the second half of our fasting and prayer journey, we focus on seeking spiritual strength and empowerment. Through fasting and prayer, we ask God to infuse us with His power, enabling us to overcome challenges and fulfill our purposes. Let us pray for a fresh anointing and an outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our lives.

Day 6: Divine Provision and Abundance On this day, we bring our needs before God, trusting in His divine provision. Through fasting and prayer, we lay our financial burdens, health concerns, and relationship struggles at His feet. Let us pray for God’s abundant blessings to flow into our lives, knowing that He is our faithful provider.

Day 7: Gratitude and Declarations As we conclude our seven-day fasting and prayer journey, we approach God with gratitude and praise. Through fasting and prayer, we express our thankfulness for His faithfulness and His promise to make the remaining six months of 2023 our best season. Let us declare God’s goodness, His promises, and His victory over our lives and the church.

Conclusion: Dear friends, as we embark on this week of fasting and prayer, let us remember that it is not just an exercise of discipline, but a spiritual journey to seek God’s presence and guidance. May we approach each day with expectancy and a fervent heart, knowing that as we align ourselves with God’s will, He will transform our lives and make the remaining months of 2023 truly remarkable.

Remember the words of Job 22:28, “You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; And light will shine on your ways.” Let

Finding Hope in Times of Uncertainty

Life is full of uncertainties. We face unexpected challenges, disappointments, and trials that can shake our sense of stability and security. In such times, it is natural to feel overwhelmed, anxious, and even hopeless. However, as Christians, we have a source of unshakeable hope that transcends any circumstance or uncertainty we may encounter.

Our hope lies in God and His promises. Throughout the Bible, we find countless assurances of God’s faithfulness, goodness, and love towards His people. He promises to never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5), to work all things together for our good (Romans 8:28), and to provide us with peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Even in the midst of uncertainty, we can find hope in God’s character. He is sovereign, meaning He is in control of all things. Nothing takes Him by surprise, and He has a perfect plan and purpose for our lives. When we trust in His sovereignty, we can find peace, knowing that He is working behind the scenes, orchestrating events for our ultimate good.

Our hope is also anchored in the person of Jesus Christ. Through His death and resurrection, He conquered sin and death, offering us the gift of eternal life. This assurance gives us hope beyond this present life, knowing that we have a future with Him in a place where there will be no more pain, sorrow, or uncertainty.

Additionally, the community of believers provides a source of hope and support. When we gather together, we can encourage one another, share our burdens, and remind each other of God’s promises. We can pray for one another, offer practical help, and remind each other of the hope we have in Christ.

In times of uncertainty, let us turn to God in prayer and seek His guidance and peace. Let us anchor our hope in His promises, knowing that He is faithful and true. May we find solace in the fellowship of believers, sharing our burdens and lifting one another up. And may our hope in Christ shine brightly in a world searching for stability and assurance.

Discovering Your Spiritual Gifts: Serving God and Others

As followers of Christ, each one of us has been uniquely gifted by the Holy Spirit to serve God and contribute to the body of Christ. These spiritual gifts are not skills or talents that we acquire on our own, but rather supernatural abilities given to us by God for the purpose of building up the Church and advancing His kingdom.

Discovering our spiritual gifts is an exciting and essential journey that requires self-reflection, prayer, and seeking guidance from the Holy Spirit. When we understand and operate in our spiritual gifts, we can experience fulfillment, effectiveness, and joy in our service to God and others.

The Bible provides several lists of spiritual gifts, including gifts such as teaching, prophecy, serving, giving, mercy, leadership, and more (Romans 12:6-8, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11, Ephesians 4:11-12). These gifts are diverse and reflect the multifaceted nature of the body of Christ.

To discover our spiritual gifts, we must first surrender ourselves to God and ask Him to reveal His plan and purpose for our lives. We can pray for wisdom and discernment, seeking the Holy Spirit’s guidance in understanding how our unique talents, passions, and experiences align with the spiritual gifts God has bestowed upon us.

Self-reflection is also crucial in the process of discovering our spiritual gifts. We can consider the activities and areas in which we feel most fulfilled and energized. What are the tasks or ministries that come naturally to us? What activities do we find ourselves drawn to when we have the opportunity to serve? By examining these areas, we can gain insights into our spiritual gifts.

It is important to remember that spiritual gifts are not for our own glory or self-promotion but for the edification of the Church and the glory of God. Once we have identified our spiritual gifts, we can seek opportunities to use them in service to others. This may involve volunteering in specific ministries, joining a small group, or partnering with existing outreach programs.

As we use our spiritual gifts, we must do so with humility, recognizing that it is God who equips and empowers us. We should also be open to learning and growing in our gifts, allowing the Holy Spirit to refine and expand our abilities for His purposes.

Discovering and utilizing our spiritual gifts is not a one-time event but a lifelong process. As we continue to seek God and grow in our relationship with Him, we may discover new aspects of our gifts or be led into different areas of service. It is a dynamic journey that requires ongoing prayer, discernment, and a willingness to step out in faith.

When we embrace and operate in our spiritual gifts, we contribute to the growth and flourishing of the Church. We become part of a beautiful tapestry where each member is valued, appreciated, and essential. Through our service, we reflect the love of Christ, build up the body of believers, and impact the world with the transformative power of the Gospel.

The Love of Christ: A Model for Our Relationships

“The Love of Christ: A Model for Our Relationships”

As Christians, we are called to love one another just as Christ has loved us. The love of Christ is not an ordinary love; it is sacrificial, selfless, and unconditional. It is a love that goes beyond boundaries, embraces differences, and seeks the well-being of others above our own.

Jesus said, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another” (John 13:34). This commandment challenges us to reflect the love of Christ in our relationships with fellow believers and the world around us.

The love of Christ is a model for our relationships in several ways. First and foremost, it teaches us to show love and compassion to everyone, regardless of their background, social status, or beliefs. Jesus demonstrated this by reaching out to the marginalized, embracing sinners, and showing kindness to those who were rejected by society.

Secondly, the love of Christ teaches us forgiveness. Jesus forgave those who betrayed Him, denied Him, and crucified Him. He showed us that forgiveness is not just an act of mercy; it is a way to free ourselves from bitterness, resentment, and hatred. By forgiving others, we imitate Christ and open the door for healing and reconciliation.

Furthermore, the love of Christ calls us to unity. In a world divided by differences, Jesus prayed for His followers to be one, just as He and the Father are one (John 17:21). As Christians, we are called to seek unity in the midst of diversity, to bridge gaps, and to build relationships that reflect the love and unity of the triune God.
